What does "permitted" mean?
That FSSAI allows this additive in this category of food, usually up to a stated maximum. It is a legal fact about the pack, not our opinion of it.
Some additives carry no number at all but the letters GMP - permitted at whatever quantity good manufacturing practice needs, and no more. That is a rule about restraint, not a licence for any amount.
Where we have not been able to verify a limit ourselves, we print no figure. A wrong limit stated confidently is worse than no limit.
"अनुमत" का क्या मतलब है?
इसका मतलब है कि FSSAI इस श्रेणी के खाने में इस एडिटिव की अनुमति देता है, आमतौर पर एक तय अधिकतम मात्रा तक। यह पैक के बारे में क़ानूनी तथ्य है, हमारी राय नहीं।
कुछ एडिटिव पर कोई संख्या नहीं होती, बल्कि GMP लिखा होता है - यानी अच्छी निर्माण पद्धति के लिए जितना ज़रूरी हो उतना, उससे ज़्यादा नहीं। यह संयम का नियम है, किसी भी मात्रा की छूट नहीं।
जहाँ हम ख़ुद कोई सीमा जाँच नहीं पाए, वहाँ हम कोई आँकड़ा नहीं छापते। आत्मविश्वास से बताई गई ग़लत सीमा, बिना सीमा के बताने से बुरी है।
